Fantasy Tips of The Day

Richa Ghosh is the only player from Bangalore to star in the Best11 in all three outings. Coincidentally, all these games were played at the Brabourne Stadium.

There, however, is a bigger star featuring in this contest. Sophie Ecclestone made it to the Best11 in eight consecutive matches, overall managing 17 wickets and registering a top score of 22* in a tough run chase.

Smriti Mandhana is the leading run-getter at the venue. Her 305 runs have come at an average 32 and a strike rate of 147.

Heather Knight has been a delightful pick in fantasy leagues. She has generated 30-run bonus twice and has picked four wickets in a mere three games – all at the Brabourne Stadium.

The top score of the tournament belongs to Tahlia McGrath, who smacked 90* off 50 against Delhi last week. For that matter, her recent form has been outstanding, scoring three fifties in the last six innings.

The Brabourne Stadium has been a good hunting ground for Ellyse Perry. In nine innings, she has scored two fifties and three thirties, and scalped four wickets.

In her last eight T20s, Shreyanka Patil has gone wicketless only once, overall managing 12 wickets. She can also provide handy runs down the order.

Alyssa Healy has been in stunning form of late, scoring below 20 runs only twice in the last 10 games. During this period, she averaged 45.

Deepti Sharma’s recent numbers have dipped a bit, but the fact that she averages 46 with the bat and has taken nine wickets in six games at the venue must boost her confidence.
