Players to Watch Out For

Expect fantasy cricket points with both bat and ball from Ben Stokes. Not only was he the highest run-scorer for the tourists during the 2019 tour of the West Indies but also ended up with 10 wickets.

Shane Dorwich has a neat technique to survive for longer periods. He is also expected to keep wickets. Interestingly, he was the second-highest run-getter (204) for West Indies when England last toured the Caribbean in 2019.

Whether or not he keeps wickets, Ben Foakes will be an asset for the tourists with the bat. He has already proved his mettle on slow and low wickets.

Raymon Riefer took a seven-wicket haul in his last First-Class match against Jamaica. He also scored 71 in the first innings.

Although Joe Root averaged only 29 on his previous tour of the West Indies, he will remain the most prized scalp for the hosts.

Devon Thomas is likely to bat in the top order. His last three scores in the domestic read 72, 58, and 112.

It will be interesting to see how the youngsters in the West Indies BP XI deal with the pace and bounce of Mark Wood.

Shermon Lewis might operate with the new ball. He bagged 9 wickets in his last two domestic games.
